32-23-18. Revocation of driver license for refusal to submit to chemical analysis
The Department of Public Safety shall revoke the license of any person arrested for violating § 32-23-1 or 32-23-21, who refuses to submit to a chemical analysis as directed by a law enforcement officer pursuant to § 32-23-10.
