  • Imprisonment: Minimum 30 days -  Maximum 365 days
  • Electronic Home Monitoring (EHM): 60 days mandatory
  • Fines: $1,120.50 - $5,000
  • Driver's License Revocation: 2 years
  • Ignition Interlock Device: Required 5 years
  • Alcohol / Drug Education or Treatment: As Ordered

Second Washington DUI with BAC .15% or Higher or Test Refusal:

  • Imprisonment: Minimum 45 days -  Maximum 365 days
  • Electronic Home Monitoring (EHM): 90 days mandatory
  • Fines: $1,545.50 - $5,000
  • Driver's License Revocation: 900 days. 3 years if BAC refused
  • Ignition Interlock Device: Required 5 years
  • Alcohol / Drug Education or Treatment: As Ordered
